#716 Something New, Brother Strikes Again - 2006/02/05 10:16 PM
While millions of Seattle football fans turned their two (2) million pairs of blue eyes to their anticlimactic televisions this super bowl weekend, our art department worked diligently on respective projects for our clients; thus and so the scope of new content this week will be limited to the confines of one young Alaskan playwright's limitless imagination. That playwright is Brother Robert Bruce Anderson--known to closest friends and political enemies simply as "Bo."
DOWNLOAD: Something New, A one act play by Bo (91k).
SYNOPSIS: A quiet lonely man buys a revolver in the morning and has the best remaining day of his life.
BIOGRAPHY: Robert Bruce Anderson graduated from the University of Alaska Fairbanks with a BA in Theatre Performance in 2003. Since then he has been working as Master Carpenter for Perseverance Theatre in Juneau and gives unending thanks to life-partner Kathleen Harper for all of her love and support.
MEANWHILE: The webmaster enjoyed a quiet Sunday afternoon in the company of Ms. Darcy. The couple hiked out to Point Defiance to examine first-hand the mysterious clay sea cliffs; "Next time I'm going to bring my clay sculptor tools, these solid walls of natural clay would be fun to sculpt... to create some kind of ancient frieze." Ms. Darcy could not be reached for comment.
