Series Synopsis

In 1945 a once distinguished war hero was sent to prison by a corrupt military court for a crime he didn't commit. This man promptly escaped from a maximum security stockade to the greater Alaskan Territory. Under an assumed identity and still wanted by the government, he survives as a freelance detective. If you have a problem, if no one else can help, and if you can find him, maybe you can hire Rex Rerun Private-Eye, and this description is nothing like the one used in The A-Team.

Episode Plot Lines

1. An old-fashioned love story set in an existentialist, soviet era world Rex Rerun discovers his love interest [Gwen] isn't the mild mannered librarian he once thought she was.
2. Rex Rerun has to do battle with an evil, nihilist clone of Jason White's Dad and robots.
3. In a morally ambiguous world of corrupt cops and sanctimonious politicians, Rex Rerun must choose between his convictions of justice or his love of a woman.
4. A haunting sea tale about a squid, a man and the fact that they are now the same article... a volcano of madness.
5. This episode captures the angst among citizens of Juneau, Alaska felt regarding the sale of Tongass National Forest for the purpose of building "The Juneau Road." Rex Rerun saves the day.
6. In a unique happenstance & fog of amnesia, Rex Rerun P.I. tries to assemble post-events of an epic battle.
7. Rex Rerun has a "spiritual encounter" with Tacoma's own Kalakala: art deco ferry.
8. Keeping with universal standards, every action/adventure story must have a car chase.
9. Squidman Sings the Blues Rex Rerun's famous "lost" adventure exists only in this raw, unfinished state.
